Colon, NE Saturday, August 1, 2009 I wanted to let you know what a good friend your Mom became to my parents. When I first bought the house next door I was a little worried that I made a mistake. It took awhile but Mom and Dad slowly got Lucy to accept them, and they formed a lasting friendship. Your Mom visitied my Dad when he was in the hospital before he died and made a Cross for him that I will treasure. My Mom will miss taking Lucy her Dairy Queen sundaes, and visiting her at Arbor Manor. She was comfortable and in no pain, Mom said. Thank you for giving Mom the beautiful coat, she is so proud of it and I'm sure she will think of her treasured friend each time she wears it. PEACE BE WITH YOU ALL. Sincerely, Katy StengerGinger Moon
