Died Thursday September 26, 2024 at home.
Linda (Skinner/Sundquist) Bice, was born on January 4th, 1948, in Trenton, Nebraska to Robert Lynn Skinner and Laurene (Underhill/Skinner) Giesselman. Linda passed away peacefully on September 26th, 2024, at her home in Fremont, Nebraska.
During her time here, she had countless experiences and touched many lives. She approached every opportunity with energetic passion and determination. A graduate of Fremont High School, Linda dedicated herself to working with the developmentally disabled, implementing structured independent living programs.
Continuously giving back to her community by volunteering on the Lyons Rescue Squad, Jayceettes, and local pork producer organizations, she was always raising her children to be independent and kind individuals.
Linda will be remembered for her strong and vivacious personality. On the farm or at ''Grammys House'', she always provided a place to gather. Whether it meant playing cards, pouring her heart into home cooked meals, trips to the park, or simply strengthening bonds, her home was always filled with love and laughter.
She is survived by her dogs Snickers and Sadie (yes, they always came first)

She is also survived by the families of John and Marilyn Kostin, Evelyn Lovercheck, Raymond Sundquist and Julene Rasmussen.
She was preceded in death b her parents Robert Lynn Skinner, Laurene (Underhill/Skinner) Giesselman, Boyd Giesselman, Chad Skinner, Cindy Bice, Marvin Sundquist, Michael Kostin, James Lovercheck, Carol Sundquist and David Rasmussen.
Linda will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Life is to be held this Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 2pm to 6pm at the Eagles Club in Fremont, food will be served from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. Memorials are suggested to FurEver Homes in Fremont.
