Apple Valley, MN Friday, December 28, 2007 It is an honor and a privlege to have known Mr. Banks. I have always called him that even though I knew I could call him Elmer. Elmer was the kind man that everyone knew, loved and deeply respected. He was there when I lost both of my grandmothers and my father as well as my mother. A rock you could rest your soul upon when the storms of life got too hard to handle. My family frequently called Elmer, Saint Elmer even though Baptists don't have saints. I know know he is with the rest of the First Baptist gang in heaven and now waiting for the rest of us to come home. Elmer will be the main usher for that grand greeting when we all come home. God Bless You, Elmer!!!! And God be with you Banks family.Kevin Wegner
