She was married to Martin Boling and he has preceded her in death. Following their marriage, they lived in several communities due her husband's employment in the sand & gravel business. Among the places they lived were West Point, Fremont, the state of California, and then Fremont again.
In her earlier years, she enjoyed dancing. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, sometimes getting their names mixed up, to their amusement. She had a green thumb, and it was said that she could put a stick in the ground and it would grow.

She was preceded in death, in addition to her husband, by an infant son, a son Donald, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
The funeral service will be 2 PM Wednesday ( January 7th) in the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel in Fremont with the Rev. Scott Jensen officiating. The committal will follow in Memorial Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Odyssey Hospice. Visitation at the Ludvigsen Mortuary will be on Tuesday (Jan. 6th) from 2 to 8 PM.
