She was born June 27th, 1942, to Joseph and Irene (Haven) Spellerberg Sr. Betty grew up on a farm near Dodge, NE. In between raising children and being grandma, she has worked at Wimmer's Meats in both Dodge and West Point, NE. She also worked at Kallios, building camper tops. She retired after 30 plus years in Environmental Services at Fremont Memorial Hospital in Fremont, NE.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson Tyler Childs, granddaughter Megan Amrein, brothers - Duane and Joseph Jr. (Moostash) Spellerberg and Son-in-Law Dave Cress.
She is survived by her children:

Visitation will be Thursday, October 30, 2025 at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel from 3pm to 7pm with the family present 5pm to 7pm.
The funeral will be 10am, Friday, October 31, 2025 at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel in Fremont. Burial to follow in Ridge Cemetery. Memorials can be directed to the family.
