Died Thursday, September 19, 2024 at home.
Judy was born February 27, 1947 in Fremont to Lowell and Eva 'Guthmiller' Grady. She was raised in Fremont and graduated from Fremont High School in 1965. She married Jerry Everly on August 14, 1965 at Trinity Lutheran Church. After their marriage they continued to live in Fremont. Judy spent her working years alongside her husband at Everly Plumbing and Heating.
Judy was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She was past president of PHCC (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors) of Nebraska. She loved to quilt, needle point and cross stitch. She belonged to Prairie Piece Makers for many years. She also sewed with her small groups the 'Strip Piecers' and 'Camp Ruthless'. She also enjoyed her time with The Women of the Class of 65' monthly dinners.

Sons - Keith (Heidi) Everly and Brian (Michelle) Everly all of Fremont
Grandchildren - Alex, Kaylee (James) Frank, Emma and Sara
Great granddaughter - Olivia
Sister - Denise Grady of Bellevue
Brother - Tom Grady of Lincoln
Brother-in-law - Donald Everly of Branson, MO.
Sister-in-law - Maryann (Jim) Nichols of Phoenix, AZ.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers Orville 'Jim' and Kevin Grady.
Visitation with family present, will be Sunday, September 22, 2024 at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel in Fremont from 3pm to 5pm. The funeral will be 10:30am, Monday, September 23, 2024 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fremont. Burial will follow in Memorial Cemetery. Memorials are suggested Trinity Lutheran Church.
