Loretta was born April 12, 1945 in Omaha, Nebraska to Raymond and Pauline 'Jensen' Olson. She was raised in Pender and graduated from Pender High School in 1964. After high school she married C.B. McQuistan and raised their family in Fremont. She worked at Pendleton Woolen Mills and Schuyler Pack for several years and retired from the Fremont High School cafeteria. She married Dennis Klebe in 1989 and they continued to live in Fremont. Loretta was a member of Sinai Lutheran Church in Fremont.

Loretta was preceded in death by her husband Dennis Klebe, parents Raymond and Pauline Olson, and sister Connie Snyder.
The funeral will be 11am, Thursday, February 22, 2024 at Sinai Lutheran Church in Fremont. Burial will be at a later date in the Hooper Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel in Fremont from 3pm to 7pm with the family present from 5pm to 7pm. Memorials are suggested to the church.
