Sharon Kay. Kiger, age 78, of Fremont
Died Thursday, October 26, 2023 at Dunklau Gardens in Fremont.

Sharon was born January 11, 1945 in Omaha, Nebraska to Harry and Esther 'Slack' Kitzelman. She married William L. Kiger on July 4, 1966. Sharon was a homemaker and an avid crafter, quilter and she did woodworking with her husband, Bill. She was a bright light in every way. She had an infectious laugh that you could find in a crowd. She loved her husband, kids and grandkids and was known to give amazing hugs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Siblings, Max and his wife Marjorie Kitzelman, Phyllis and her husband Gordon Wooten, Donald Kitzelman, Brother-in-law Robert Kiger, Sister-in-law Alice Jessen and her husband Glenn Jessen, nephew Rex Kitzelman and niece Patricia Barker.

The memorial service will be 10:30am, Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel in Fremont. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 9am on Tuesday. Following the service a luncheon will be served at the Izaak Walton west of Fremont. Memorials are suggested to the American Heart or Lung Association.
