Kristina 'Tina' Dickmeyer Smith, age 52, of North Castle Pines, CO.
Died Wednesday September 13, 2023 in Colorado

Tina was born October 5, 1970 To Don and Elke Dickmeyer. She graduated from Fremont High School in 1989. While in high school she participated in Cross Country and Track. She earned the gold medal in the 4x800 relay in both 1988 and 1989 and the open 800 in 1989. She went to Midland College and earned All American status. She ran her first marathon in 2004. Tina worked for a short time as a respiratory therapist. She was diagnosed with Brain Cancer 20 years ago.

Parents - Don and Elke Dickmeyer of Omaha
Brothers - Scott (Daina) Dickmeyer of Wichita, KS.
Mike (Ruth Dey) Dickmeyer of Overland Park, KS.
Step-brother - Gerry Betkie of Omaha
Sister - Sheila Eagland of Canada

There will be no local services at this time but memorials in Tina's name may be given to the Fremont Track Club.
