Died Wednesday, February 15, 2023
Shari was born September 25, 1966 in Fremont to Harlan and Leneah 'Fleischman' Meyer. She was raised on a farm in rural Hooper and graduated from Logan View High School in 1985. In 1986 she married Perry Mohr. They lived in Norfolk and Winslow before moving to Hooper in 1999. Shari worked for the Hooper Care Center for many years before working for Educare of Lincoln.
Shari was a jack-of-all-trades. She was an avid crafter, constantly having an ongoing project for family or friends. She did woodwork, sewing, crocheting, and painting. Shari knew a bit about everything from plumbing to working on cars and wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty. Every summer she could be found camping with her family, including her beloved four-legged companions. She loved traveling with her friends and was always excited for the next adventure. Shari loved her family and would be there at a moment's notice, ready to lend a hand or a listening ear. She was boisterous and kind to all who knew her.
