Dear Jen and Chris, Our sincere sympathy in the recent loss of your dad. Pearl worked for the city and Tom and your dad played poker for 20+ years on Friday nights once a month. Oh the memories of those days and your dad knew I never bluffed in poker. We enjoyed the summer parties at the lake. God bless all of you and you grieve and then remember the good times.

Thank you for your fierce support for our boys' sports teams. It's been a pleasure sitting with you on the sidelines & in the bleachers the past several years! I will very much miss hearing your voice at the games. You taught Chris well though as I'm sure she will make you proud. ;) Sorry again about the umbrella in the face at the Creighton game. haha

Jen and the rest of the family my deepest sympathy. A poem that jen shared with me when my dad passed so I'm sharing it with all of u as it helped me......

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am in a thousand winds that blow,
I am the softly falling snow.
I am the gentle showers of rain,
I am the fields of ripening grain.
I am in the morning hush,
I am in the graceful rush
Of beautiful birds in circling flight,
I am the starshine of the night.
I am in the flowers that bloom,
I am in a quiet room.
I am in the birds that sing,
I am in each lovely thing.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there. I did not die.
