Philadelphia, PA Sunday, October 6, 2019 Simply, my most inspiring teacher ever. Mrs. Schroeder led the Valley vocal music program in the 70s and 80s. She nurtured us, inspired us, and helped so many find outlets for our love of music.Almost 50 years after I met her, I can still remember our vocal ensembles, swing choirs, and solo work. God's heavenly choir, just got a new member.
Thank you Mrs. Schroeder, you helped me through high school and I'm still singing today (in large part to your teaching and encouragement). I have so many wonderful memories. I was blessed to have you in my life.
