Herman Mueller

Herman was born April 19, 1921, in Fremont to Herman and Anna Mueller and grew up in the Cedar Rapids and Spaulding area of Nebraska. He married Mary E. Delanty on June 24, 1944. During WWII he served with the United States Marine Corps in the pacific theater. After his discharge he worked for the Union Pacific as a telegrapher and a depot agent, working in a many Nebraska towns for the railroad before settling down in Fullerton and finishing his career Valley. After his retirement, he enjoyed reading and traveling.
He is survived by 2 daughters - Dr. Adele Mueller, of Fredericton, NB, Canada Andrea Mueller of Valrico, Florida Son - Tony and wife Donna, of Fremont Sister - Laura "Popsy" German and her husband Dick, Spaulding, Nebr. 4 grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his wife Mary 'Helen', a brother, a sister and 2 sons, Forrest and Robin.
A military graveside service will be held at Ridge Cemetery at 10:45 A.M. Saturday morning. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:A.M. to 10:30 A.M. at Ludvigsen Mortuary.
Memorials may be given to the humane society of your choice.
