Died Monday, March 17, 2025 at Dunklau Gardens in Fremont
Lovetta was born August 16, 1936 in Guion, Arkansas to Lloyd and Ruby 'Coleman' Eary. She was raised in Arkansas and graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School. On August 31, 1958 she married Melvin Hoffman and they lived in Cedar Bluffs before moving to Fremont. Lovetta first worked at Campbell Soup then worked at Lucent Technology for 35 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Fremont.

Lovetta was preceded in death by her husband Melvin in 2008, son Kenny, son-in-law Dana Privett and brother Lavon Eary.
The memorial service will be 10am, Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fremont. Burial will follow in Memorial Cemetery. There is no viewing but the family will receive friends at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel Friday from 5pm to 7pm. Memorials are suggested to the family.
