Clarence was born May 22, 1923 northeast of Hooper, Nebraska to Herman and Fern 'Briggs' Moseman. He was raised in Hooper and attended school there. After his schooling he farmed for a few years then joined the U.S. Navy and served from 1945-1946. After his service, he came back to the Hooper/Herman area and farmed until 1968. He then worked for the Nickerson/Winslow Co-op for about 17 years. After he retired he worked as a custodian at Northside Elementary School in Fremont, then as a grounds keeper at the Fremont Golf Club.
Clarence volunteered at the Low Income Ministry, loved to square dance, was a former member of the Golden K Kiwanis Club, Lutheran Layman's League, and Immanuel Lutheran Church east of Winslow, where he served various roles in the church. Clarence moved to Fremont in 1985 and recently joined Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Fremont.
Clarence married Lorraine Kuss on February 1, 1949.

Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Kenneth and Marlyn Moseman, sisters Mary Snover and Joni Scheer.
The funeral will be Monday 10:30am, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. The Rev. Glenn Meyer will officiate. Luncheon will follow the service with the burial in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery east of Winslow following the lunch. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to Concordia Lutheran Seminary, St. Louis, and the Lutheran Hour. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2pm to 7pm with the family present from 4pm to 6pm at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel in Fremont.
